Nomadrive Virtual desktop allows the IT group to create Virtual desktops for all the employees. The virtual desktops can be accessed by employees from any computer 
on the network with their credentials. Nomadrive Virtual Desktop further allows the employee to have their "Real" desktops on their computer along with the virtual desktop. Virtual desktop is created and controlled by the IT group and therefore has no application conflicts and other issues. Users can be prevented from installing their own applications on the virtual desktop preventing and rogue application from 
causing any conflicts or installing any spyware or viruses. The virtual desktop is also less prone to virus attacks because of Nomadrive virtualization technology.

Users can however customize the look and feel of their desktops. User setups and modifications are stored in a separate area or file server. User sees a merged desktop with IT controlled desktop and user's customization.

Management of Nomadrive desktops is extremely simple. Nomadrive VDB (Virtual Desktop Builder) seamlessly virtualizes application groups, settings and appearance in a way very similar to installation on a real desktop. No packaging or sequencing or other techniques are required. A simple file server is sufficient to store all the virtualized desktops. All the computing happens at the user's end.
